ALUMNI MEDICAL CAMP

The medical camp is conducted on the first Sunday of every month and has completed 30 years in February 2026, with a 25 month break during the pandemic. It is currently held at Janani Public School and was earlier conducted at Government Junior College until November 2025.

Medical camps are also conducted in different areas based on local needs, with the respective samithis organizing all requirements including doctors, nurses, Sevadal support, and the supply of medicines.

The camp is supported by a wide network of volunteers including alumni and current students of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, final year students from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, nursing students from Manasa Nursing College, doctors from Vydehi Hospital, independent consultant doctors, pharmacist volunteers, and Sevadal members from Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation.

Medicines for the camp are supported by Microlabs, which supplies medicines at highly subsidized rates, along with Mahavir Drugs, Shri Basawa Enterprises for Ayurveda medicines, and Mathru Homeo for homeopathy medicines.

The camp is made possible with support from Ssstk, Sssso, Sssihl Brindavan Hostel, and BMC.
